New 2015/16 Range

Kookaburra look set to celebrate its 125th Anniversary in style with the launch of their most innovative and comprehensive cricket range ever for the upcoming 2015/16 cricket season.

The iconic Kahuna, which has been the spearhead of the cricket range for the last 12 years has had a design refresh and will be endorsed by one of Australia’s leading batsman-wicket keepers, Brad Haddin.  The new Kahuna range is also endorsed worldwide by AB de Villiers and Martin Guptill.

The ageless Chris Rogers and Moises Henriques, will use the legendary Bubble II, a range which is the embodiment of Kookaburra’s long established cricketing heritage and continued on from last year due to popular demand with refreshed graphics across the range.

For players who prefer to deal in boundaries and make impact, the new Onyx will be used by Australia’s dynamic Glenn Maxwell and James Pattinson.  The Onyx bat profile is the most effective and powerful ever produced by Kookaburra.

Plasma, is a new contemporary light weight range, has been conceived from the ground up.  The Plasma range has been carefully designed and developed for the modern day format and will be endorsed by Australia’s Nicole Bolton and Dan Christian

Mitchell Starc and Elyse Villani will both use the new Verve.  The cricket bats within the range are powerfully profiled and classically styled as a “proper cricket bat” to deliver in the International arena.

The Wicket Keeping 2015/16 Range has been designed in conjunction with international players using the latest technology and is the choice of Brad Haddin.

“We have been delighted with the feedback from a number of retailers who have seen our new range, they not only appreciate the distinctive ranges and player endorsements, but also the different bats shapes across the whole collection and the specification levels of our products hitting key price points in the market” commented Leigh Watts, Kookaburra Sales Manager.
