PROFILE

Nicole Bolton announced herself on the international cricket scene in the summer of 2013/14, scoring a century in her One-Day International debut against England at the MCG.

The left-handed opener went on to tally 152 runs at an average of 50.66 against Pakistan in August of 2014 – to see her placed fourth on the ICC Women’s Championship run-scorers’ list leading into the summer.

Capable of batting for long periods of time, Bolton provides the perfect compliment to Australia big-hitting top order.

Before her international selection, the left-handed batsman was one of the most consistent performers on the domestic scene with more than 1,000 career runs to her name.

Bolton has made the move from the Alcohol.Think Again Western Fury to the Commonwealth Bank VicSpirit for the 2014/15 season.
