We go to great lengths to make every Kookaburra product as perfect as possible. We select the finest materials, hand make nearly all our products and give every product a thorough inspection for quality assurance. However, we're only human, and on the rare occasion a problem may slip through. If any of our products fail as a result of defective workmanship or faulty materials, we will replace them.
We can't replace products that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect, that have been repaired or modified without the authorization of Kookaburra or have been returned to Kookaburra without a valid receipt.
>> SPECIAL NOTE ON CRICKET BATS
Kookaburra cannot replace bats that have been wrongly used, have become damaged through bad shots or have failed as a result of poor preparation and care. Always follow Kookaburra's recommendations to ensure that your cricket bat is correctly prepared and cared for.

If you live outside of the UK but in Europe please contact your nearest retailer, preferably the place of original purchase.
