During the success against Australia Sciver contributed 44 runs with the bat in her two one-day international appearances and 56 in the three Twenty20s.

She excelled with the ball in the tour to the West Indies, taking a hat-trick against New Zealand as England booked their spot in the tri-series final.

On the 2014 Ashes tour Sciver scored a vital 72 in the Test at Perth plus 57 and 43 not out in her two ODIs as England retained their crown.

Sciver then shone again with the ball, this time in the World Twenty20 in Bangladesh where she took 10 wickets in England’s second-placed finish.
